How do I edit my profile or profile photo?

To edit your Phigit profile information, including your profile photo:

• Click your icon in the top-right corner of phigit.com
• Select Account Settings

Update your profile in this page and you can also click on Change Image to replace your profile photo.

Reviews

How do reviews work?

All the reviews on Phigit are written by sellers and buyers, so any review you see is based on a completed purchase that an advertiser had with the seller of the advertising space.

Starting 24 hours after a purchased advertising space has ended, buyers and sellers can leave a review for one another. Both the advertiser and seller will have 14 days to complete their reviews. When they’re both completed, they will be able to see the feedback they’ve received, and the reviews will be made public to the community. If only one person completes a review within the 14-day review period, that review will be made public at the end of the review period.

Can I remove or reply to a review?

You cannot change or remove reviews on your Phigit profile left about you by other Phigit members.

However, you have the option of posting a response to a review left about you. Your response to a review appears directly below the review on your Phigit profile (and your Phigit listing if you’re selling the advertising space) so that anyone who views the review can also view your response.
